Been shopping at this location for years. Lately every time I come here I leave in a bad mood. The employees that work at this location are always rude and unhelpful. Today I simply asked the cashier to bag the meat separately from the rest of the food and she very rudely said, "I don't know what you're talking about." Really, how is that an unreasonable request?! And they never have sanitizing wipes for the carts anymore. And now they charge for bags! They need to do better!

Kudos to Miguel! Excellent customer service! We decided to check out Sprouts on New years day! We've never been to sprouts before! We finished our shopping and were near the exit door! My husband was saying let's go to trader Joe's to get dog treats because we couldn't find them at Sprouts, Miguel was pulling a pallet of water he heard us and stopped what he was doing and walk us to the aisle! He was very polite and professional ! Thank you for working on new years day!

Have a great selection of organic and healthy foods. But the prices of some of the foods are crazy high.

It's always very clean and organized here. I know exactly where to find what I need, and if I don't, an employee is always there to help. They're knowledgeable about the products and supplements and very nice, even if i have lots of questions. The fish and meats are the best I've found.

The quality of food is always good. The reason for 3 stars is because the women who work behind the counter at the sandwich area/salads are so rude. They get irritated every time someone fills out a sandwich request even though that’s their job. They are the only ones who are ever rude and think that because they’re behind the counter we don’t see them clearly complaining and talking about us.

Desiree & Jessica are rock stars❣️ I witnessed true teamwork when serving & preparing the Sprouts special lunch kids kits for my 3 children because the store was all out. The attention to detail and my children's Gluten/Dairy allergies. They both went over the top to provide a much needed lifesaving quality customer supportive experience. Kudos to them & whoever hired them.

Great customer service. I got there late and ran to the deli because I needed some ham. The guy said he's already taking the slicer apart. I asked him to please slice me just some ham. He said fine and put the slicer back and cut me up some ham. And he was very polite. Also great choice of assorted food. Love their cheese curds.

In general we like this location but yesterday we had an bad experience with the deli which will result in us never using this location again. We wanted sandwiches n the 3 workers did their best to ignore us. One of the women hollered at us to fill out a form we knew nothing about, n then informed us there were 4 customers ahead of us. Okay. We waited n waited n just as we were turning to leave she suddenly waved us over. Our sandwiches were on stale bread, n the ingredients were skimpy n not all were there. We've had much better at other locations with friendly service. Adios Gilbert n baseline location.

The place does have unique items. Prices are way cheaper for most items on Amazon,like the macadamia milt is $2.99 on Amazon and a wopping $5.99 at sprouts. I also purchased 3 types of seasoned fish, two tasted old. I could only wonder if they were selling their old fish with seasoning in order to mask th old age of the fish. I will buy the fish with no seasoning.
